• 1-2 weeks prior we will send a color copy of your picture day schedule sign. It will show the backdrop that will be used.  We will also email the schedule so you can send email blasts to your families and post them on your social media.
• We ask that you hang the sign in a visible place to promote your Picture Day. 
• Before we arrive, please have a roster printed out of each class along with siblings marked. We will also need email addresses for the students so the photo gallery can be sent to the families for viewing and purchase.

• We will show up at your center and be ready to make your children have fun and SMILE!
• We are trained to take special care of the children so they are happy and comfortable during their photo shoot! 
• Before starting we will go over any special instructions with you. 

• 5-7 DAYS after the photoshoot, gallery links will be emailed to the parents for online viewing and purchasing of photos.
• Free shipping of photos to the school will be an available option for 2 weeks after photos are posted.  There is also an option to ship directly to their home for a small shipping fee.  Photo orders with the "Free Ship to School" option will all be delivered at one time to your center with names clearly marked on the packaging.
• Reminder emails for orders will be provided to you to email to your families and post on social media.
• All orders placed after the "Free Ship to School" end date can still be placed online and shipped directly to the parent for a small shipping fee.

• Have your child dressed in an outfit of your choice and their hair done prior to arriving.
• The signs on the door will have the backdrop information.
• If your signs say, “We bring the outfits”, we will have all the clothing and accessories needed, however, please style their hair how you would like it to be photographed.  Keep in mind we may have hats or headbands as shown on the sign.
• If you don’t want your child dressed in our outfits, just let the director know.
• Siblings will be photographed together and separate unless we are told otherwise.
